We offer a variety of custom services, including embroidery, monogramming, glass carving, personalized gifts, and select bespoke home and equestrian items.

Minimums vary depending on the product and customization method. We will discuss any applicable minimums during the inquiry process.

Yes. We accept customer-provided artwork and logos whenever possible. Artwork may need to be adjusted to ensure the highest quality finished product.

For most custom projects, a digital proof will be provided for approval prior to production. Production will not begin until the proof has been approved.

Production timelines vary based on the scope of the project, product availability, and current workload. Estimated lead times will be provided with your quote.

Rush services may be available depending on production schedules and product availability. Additional fees may apply.

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error or defect in workmanship.

Pricing is based on the product selected, customization method, design complexity, quantity, and any setup requirements.

Due to the reflective nature of glass and our handcrafted carving process, product images are digital renderings intended to represent the design, and slight variations may occur in the finished piece.
