The Custom Shop
Welcome to our Custom Shop—where your ideas are translated into heirloom-quality embroidery and design.
At Fox Den LTD, we specialize in digitizing custom artwork, farm logos, monograms, and original concepts into beautifully stitched pieces. Whether you come to us with a finished design or just an idea, we can help refine it using both your vision and our in-house design library.
We offer a curated selection of items available for customization, including saddle pads, director’s chairs, linens, and entertaining pieces, and we also welcome client-provided items within the equestrian space. Each design is carefully digitized with precision and intention, ensuring every detail translates into stitchwork that feels balanced, refined, and truly like a piece of artwork.
Below, you’ll find an overview of our custom process, including how we quotes and get samples out to you. At the bottom of the page, you can submit your inquiry to begin your custom order.
1. Submit Design Request
Custom designs are limited to equestrian-related artwork, logos, and concepts. To begin, please email us with your design idea, the items you’re interested in having embroidered or carved, and any relevant details.
We will need your design in a clean .jpeg format, along with requested colors (Pantone color references recommended) and approximate size.
2. Quote & Sample Creation
Once we receive your request, we will send a detailed quote within 3–5 business days. Upon approval and payment, your design will be digitized and set up for production. A sewn sample will then be created and mailed to you within approximately 2 weeks.
3. Approval & Production
Once you receive your sewn sample, we will require email approval confirming design, colors, and sizing. At this stage, final payment is due for all items and design work. After approval, your order will move into full production.
