Our Story

Born and raised in a quaint little village of Pinehurst, North Carolina, I was given as a child the opportunity to grow up loving, learning, riding and enjoying life through the sport and every aspect of this great creature – the horse.

It was an underlying dream and passion to own a business one day that would highlight that love as testimony that dreams can come true.

Twenty-five years ago, with two small children and the schedules that go along with the nursing profession, I stepped out in faith to turn my experiences with my background of horses and love for design into reality through my self-taught embroidery by offering my skills at horse shows.

As time went on, I began focusing on a more detailed interpretation of farm logos and equestrian designs after moving my business to another horse community in Camden, South Carolina, opening a storefront.   Kenneth Cutler joined Fox Den, Ltd. with his glass-carving talents, expanding the types of products we could embellish.

With the expertise of different sources through my love of searching artisans at markets and from travel, I have been able to offer unique pieces that complement Fox Den, Ltd.’s niche of distinction and “personally yours” with complete satisfaction.

In today’s world of technology, a website has been in the making, and I’m proud to say with the growth of my business and the addition of staff, we are able to offer high quality equestrian-inspired décor and gifts. Thread colors and special design choices are offered from which to create that special vision to complement your barn, tack room, office or home.

“Our Story” goes without saying that one does not accomplish this alone, especially with growth.  My business has become a family with shared talents with a desire to please.
